Chris and Mary are full time property investors. They have been investing for 18 years and have a large and varied property portfolio. They also run a property development business which has developed apartments in Belfast, Ballymena and Portrush. They have been the hosts of Belfast Property Meet for 12 years and host their own educational events, courses and mentorships programmes.
They have 15 years experience as letting agents and 8 years experience as Serviced Accommodation Managers across County Antrim.
Eddie spent 11 years as a building surveyor, the latter 5 years of which he spent building a property portfolio and is now a full time property investor.
He gave up a successful career in surveying to build a life which gives him greater flexibility and choice away from the 9-5 grind.
Eddie has done a number of projects and has immersed himself in the HMO shared living strategy for the young professional market.
Eddie's property vision is to create value through good design which is functional and socially sustainable for the end user.
